On our last sale August 12th, we had a big run of cattle with just under 4000 head sold. The market was very active and sold to a big crowd of buyers. For the most part the quality was very good and only 1 package of A&S hfrs and no Drug Free’s. The help did an excellent job as we were done selling by 6:15.
Also had a big turn out for our annual Golf Tournament and Team Roping on Saturday. We’d like to thank the following business’s for helping to sponsor these events Curtis Trucking, Lil Feller, Mathis Implement, Pharmco, Grossenburg’s, Animal Clinic, Frontier Bar, Farmer & Rancher Exchange, WNAX, KWYR, special thanks to the Pheasant Bar “In Memory of Wally” for sponsoring the added money for the Team Roping.
Also a big thank you to Roger, Rickitta and staff for preparing our BBQ and to the Winner Chamber of Commerce for serving it, and to all the seller, buyers and others who came to the sale.
